Lost fin at Monestery

Well what can I say. I got humbled at Monestery on Saturday. The entry was fine the dive was good, a bit surgy though. The swell had picked up a bit on our return and instead of doing the crawl like I should have, I tried to walk out and BOOM! Anyway, I lost an XXL Scubapro jet fin with a Halcyon spring strap. It should have a yellow piece of tape with the name a.brennan on it. If you should find it and are a kind soul please let me know. If you be a treasure hunter, I could be talked into selling its mate.

I have six buddies who have lost Jetfins in the surf. I even lost both of mine, with spring straps. One of my friends jokes that he's going to make a fortune with a leash system for Jetfins.

On the way to Lobos on Saturday Monestary looked fine, but on the way home it was looking a bit rough and I was thinking I was sure glad we had reservations at Lobos.
