Hello Cozumel friends,

The unthinkable happened, when I rolled off the boat yesterday, my camera clip broke.

I lost my Sea Life Sea dragon at the bottom of Santa Rosa reef.

Here’s a card stock photo -
Reward offered $$

That sucks! Hope someone finds it! I am guessing that you are already processing and thinking about how you will back roll or giant stride into the water with a camera in the future.

????? I *think* the camera we found was yours, not buffdivers. We were on Santa Rosa today. Check the other missing camera thread. You might want to call Aldora but they might given it to his op, Scubatony already.

What’s the chances of 2 similar lost cameras on one Morning?

WOW! Crazy and cool!

It will be at the south end of Sant Rosa and about 100 feet east of the top edge of the reef. How long will you be in Coz?

Pics of the found camera in the other thread completely match the unique characteristics described by buffdiver.

Next time make the 1st pic one with your name and hotel, my son looked though the pictures but didn't find anything in that regard. I have not done it my my gopro either but it's at home.
Yep, the first image on all my cameras is my name, phone number, and email address. I don't have a business card, so I just laid it out on my computer and shot that, then protected the photo so it won't get erased when I clean the card. Image #2 may be my hotel if I am going to be in the same one for a few nights.

Otherwise, this is super insurance coverage: https://www.statefarm.com/insurance/home-and-property/personal-articles-policy I had a policy with them once, cheap with great coverage, easy claims, loved it. I had a bad first year with them, several loses, but they paid well - then dropped me. I can't blame them for that, and I still came out well ahead.
