Every industry, without exception, has witnessed advertisment in industry specific magazines or in general interest publications, that are inaccurate or even at times violate safe use protocols.
We are no different in what we are witness too.
Still pisses me off when I see it, but when you consider the type of people who produce the advertisment, you have to say to yourself, "it figures". They are more accurate in portraying fashion or pop culture, and have absolutely no interest in any other consideration. To them it is a photo shoot, nothing more.

I don't know either and the answer has been somewhat less than forecoming from the others.
I vote that if don't have an answer in the next...umm, say...48 hrs, then we should just make it up.
