Our business is growing and we're looking for a a shipping manager who is organized and accountable. The candidate has to have experience with shipping products via USPS, UPS, and FedEX. We ship quite a few orders everyday from multiple channels and we would like someone who is detail oriented so we can make sure that all of our customers will receive their orders on time every time.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Processing orders
- Packaging products
- Managing returns
- Checking in shipments
- Communicating with our suppliers
- Providing customer service
- Placing orders
Being able to work quickly and accurately is very important and familiarity with general scuba diving and underwater photo/video gear is a huge plus. We're looking for help on anywhere between 25 to 40 hours a week and our office is located in Tustin, CA right off Jamboree and Walnut.
