Looking Palau Liveaboard (Low Budget)

Anyone here know any operator in Palau liveaboard or Resort?

I was planning to charter the boat (10pax -16pax).

The websites for the above suggestions are pretty easy to find. However, none are "low budget": expect to pay at least $40K per week. I don't believe there is a "low budget" option for liveaboard diving in Palau.
