Hello there, I have been diving here and there over the years but never went into the water in my home town - been iching to go but my dive buddys are from NorCal sooo I am just looking to find a few safe people in Oceaisde, CA to dive with but dont want to spend a bunch of $$ on a group drive.....if interested leve me a post
