Check out the NACD website. They have a lot of affiliated instructors in the area. Solo is a tech course I believe. You should also give Bert at Tampa Adventure Sports a call. I'm not sure if he does a solo course but if he doesn't he will be able to put you in touch with someone that does.

I don't know. Check with Dave/ Divebandit. He is the store manager. I will keep an eye out for anyone doing any hiring.

It wasnt a message I sent to you. I made a suggestion to a boat captain that I knew of someone looking for a job. The captain already had a waiting list of peeps. Ill keep a lookout for other opportunities for ya.

If you're looking for an instructor that teaches a solo diving course I'd recomend Rick Murcar at Genesis Diving. He is a SDI/TDI instructor. He's based out of Ridge Manor which is close to Brooksville.
Check with Chad Carney in St.Pete too as he also is a SDI/TDI instuctor. I'm not sure if he teaches the solo course.
