Looking for UW Housing for Hv-30?

I am an Inter. videographer, and Im getting ready to go to dive school to advance my diving skills. I have a Hv-30 that I have been using for videos, and would now like to use it under water. I love suggestions on different qualities in a uw housing, also the best suggestion for a housing under $1500. From what I can find B&H has both the Equinox and the Ikelite for Hv-30. I found one review online stating that the manual focus nob on the ikelite rubbed against the mirror, and that the reversed image in the mirror made it difficult to follow a subject under water. I like the look of the Equinox but failed to see if it had a manual focus nob. B&H website states in features "5 Mechanical Controls (standard, other controls are optional)" How would I go about adding controls?? Thank you to all that can help.

P.S. I have seen and read the forum on the equinox housing that flooded, and do not wish all that "Drama" in this thread or my LIFE!

For under $1500 I think you've found your two options. Another option might be Aquavideo. But I've read a couple of posts recently that suggest that they have service issues also.
