It's probably a spear-fishing mask, they're mirrored so the fish can't tell you're about to shoot them. I'm not sure about that particular one but Omer (a spearfishing company) makes a line of them. Here's a couple of their models - click select color for the mirrored one.

It kind of looks like a Cressi Frameless but I don't think they're available mirrored.

I think it might be one an Atomic Aquatics ARC mask. That's an anti reflective coating that makes it look mirrored.

Yes, most likely a tinted one. My wife has a MK-223 Spider Eye Color and that one looks mirrored under water too.

I think it looks very similar to the eagle eye true color mask that dive gear express sells. The shape of the frame and the coating look to be about the same.
