Looking for someone to train us for diving w/ handicapped divers--Cozumel or Roatan

My Belizean divemaster friend would like to include adaptive diving in his program on Ambergris Caye.
Does anyone know an instructor or program who we could contact?

TDI has a "scubility" instructor specialty but by far my biggest recommendation would be specific training through the Handicaped Scuba Association (HSA).
