Looking for someone to dive with

Most of my dive buddies have become too busy to dive as of late. I suppose life has a way of getting in the way for a lot of us—or we are all just getting too old. So.......I dive two to three times a month in the Santa Barbara area. I have a small 17 ft boat (very sea worthy, however) that gets me up and down the coast quite well, and on perfect days I take it to Santa Cruz island and/or Anacapa. I like to catch bugs and I usually spearfish. So.....If you enjoy bagging a fish or two yourself and would like a little company (and perhaps a boat ride to your favorite dive site) then give me a shout. By the way…I’m not opposed to hopping on your boat either! Thanks

I'm likely to take my son diving next weekend. Location and time is undecided but your more than welcome to join. We will likely dive somewhere close to home. I own a spear gun but have rarely used it, and have nothing against those who do. One day I'll likely bring it out and even shoot something.

TroupH20: Thanks for the response! I think it would be awesome to dive with you and/or your son. Not sure how this weekend (yes, I know it is opening bug season) is going to work out for me. I have a couple of conflicts. It is nice to see you are cool about the speargun! Do you dive a lot?
