Thanks Curly. I have already seen Scubatools offerings. I'm still holding out hope that someone will come up with the items I need.
Appreciate the help.
Tom

PS Love the Bootsy reference!

LDS and maybe they will order them from the manufacturer for you.

Hi Tom
I am wondering if you ever found what you were looking for?
If so how?
I find myself in a similar position.

Vintage Double Hose has the high pressure Conshelf/Titan guide block. I made my own but then bought theirs and was then given another interation of the same thing. These are used on the Aqua Masters--but--since the Royal Aqua Master is a Conshelf/Titan with double hoses--yep--it should work for pushing the spring and sintered filter and other innards into your Conshelf/Titan.

For the valve handwheel tool I went to Harbor Freight and found a nice wide blade driver and then cut a slot in it, looks Pro and works great. I make most of my tools but I do recommend the tool from VDH, it is made by a fellow for that on line store and it is a quality piece.

One thing, JFYI, did you guys know that snap rings (in some places called CirClips or circle clips) have a flat side and a round side--cut side and stock side. The stock side, flat side goes to the direction away from pressure.

In another thread that turned nasty I had made the offer of a set of these custom tools and several others for the Titan/Conshelf made by me and a complete rebuild kit and diagrams to the OP (for free) but then after being lambasted and name called and kicked in the teeth I retracted the offer. Sorry, the offer remains forever retracted but please try the source I listed and get creative and make your own.
