Looking for Resort "like" Cozumel Palace Outside of Mexico/DR

Hello all, I am in search of an all inclusive resort like Cozumel Palace where I can spend the week diving. I really enjoy the accommodations, service, and great food and drink the Palace Resorts provide and I highly recommend them, but I would like to experience the same in another part of the Caribbean. I have already been to the Moon Palace in Dominican Republic which was splendid, but Punta Cana is not much for diving (I would stay somewhere on the south east coast for that). Any suggestions?

what is it about Cozumel Palace that you like ?
Is it the luxury? Spa? close proximity to town? food?

There are all-inclusives all over the Caribbean, but some are more rustic than that and some just don't have the best diving (like cozumel).

I have never stayed at Cozumel Palace, but check out Barefoot Cay on Roatan. The accomodations are good, food is great and the diving is awesome!
