He said PADI in the title but it isn't clear whether the one he has qualifies as a "type R", required for the PADI courses.
 
Need instructor to finish a CCR course in the Baltimore/Washington area (Poseidon Se7en).
There aren't that many PADI shops in the DELMARVA area; shouldn't take long to call them and ask.
They'll want to know what course you are actually wanting to take....there is more than one.
I'd start with these:

Depends on the course. Yes, Type R for the recreational (130 ft max) course, but there are CCR options in the TEC 40-50-60 series too.
