I was directed to several online scuba "stories"/"educational" articles and was wondering what others gems are out there that I've missed ... so what are your favorites? (primarily those not on Scubaboard [gasp])

The following have been my favorite articles so far:

Confessions of a mortal diver
Confessions of a mortal diver II
In-Water Recompression
Understanding M-Values

I can't even begin to list all the incredible articles I've read here on Scubaboard from NWgratefuldiver, MikeFerrara, Unlce Pug, Walter, Cancun Mark, NetDoc, and sooo many others (I know I'm leaving many others out... but you get the idea) But let's focus on non SB articles you've found?

Aloha, Tim

nope - hadn't come across that site yet... I see what you mean by "interesting" stuff though ... I just read through 4 of his articles.

Yeah, alot of guys have said to take his criticisms of rgbm with a grain of salt, but there's one article on there where he shows a bunch of profiles and comments on the algorithm used and whether the diver suffered any kind of dcs that did get me wondering a little though. When I get a chance I need to pick up a real deco science book and see what's going on.

lol - actually his writing style reminds me very much of GI3 ... but on the other side of the fence ;)

But I am finding reading opposite sides of discussions very beneficial - you start learning where to throw that extra "grain of salt" so to speak too.

Excuse my ignorance Tim, but who/what's GI3?

George Irvine - Sry - I'd gotten used to seeing his name abbreviated more often than not.

The first two links seem to be exactly the same. Is there a "part 2"?
