Looking for Information

Hello, my name is Larry and I'm looking for information on getting certified for open water diving. I've been diving one time (Destin, FL) and always wanted to go back but just never followed thru with it. I've heard that someone may offer a class in the upcoming June/July timeframe in Wise, VA.

I am not up on Wise shops but info on where you are in KY would help. I am guessing near Whitesburg or Neon if you are looking at Wise, VA.

Hey, Thats were my family is from. I have been known to spend some time up there.

I am not aware of any instructors or shops in Wise thought but I haven't spent much time there though. There did use to be a shop near Carr Fork so the instructor may now be over in Wise.

If you have any specific questions we would be happy to help.

I hope you find that class and can dive with us. I have always wanted to hit Carr Fork ever since I was a kid and saw Pogo's Dive Shop on the way between there and Lexington.

I will be up there sometime Memorial Day weekend but it will be in and out and I saw in the other thread you were headed to Cincy. But hang around the board and you will usually know were we all are.

There might be a dive shop in Middlesboro, KY but I was told it had closed. If so divers Den in Somerset is the only shop close in KY the Shop in Middlesboro is
