Looking for dive instruction near Walla Walla WA

My cousin moving to Walla Walla and wants to get certified. As we all know having a good instructor makes a very big difference. So do you guys know of a good instructor in that area?

The only instruction I am aware of in the area is:

UnderSea Adventures - Your Full Service Diving Center

I have spent a bit of time in their shop and went diving with them once. They strike me as a good op.
