looking for custom dive logs(previously posted here)

i cant find a PDF or Word format of these logs that someone posted on here a while back.
if someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction i would be extreamly thankful. either a link to the old tread or the creator reposting the other formats would be great.
ive attached a .gif format but i still need a PDF or Word whichever will work fine

I hope you don't mind me asking, but I'm curious: What exactly would you want to do with a PDF that you couldn't do with this .gif file?

It doesn't look too complicated to me, why don't you use this format & make your own in word?

honestly because i dont have too much time and i also really really REALLY suck at tables in mirosoft word or any other program for that matter.
i just needed to change the pages a little the first time and that took me a few hours just to move a few boxes or change them so if i could fine the files on here i would be extreamly greatful.

i have a design which i think is really good i would post it except for sum reason the file is like 25 megs no idea y... i got it from sumone and made a lot of changes no idea y so big... its .bpm any idea how i can reduce it because it is jus like a normal document but its a picture... its kinda close to the PADI log book the first one you get but i added in and removed some stuff to make it a lot more diver friendly and useful... for example a current scale.. viz scale.... more room for comments.... and a bunch of other stuff ill gladly pass it on if anyone has an idea how to make it smaller

you can upload it to photobucket
that will automatically resize it and you can post the link or put the html in the post(im not sure if that will work) also you can redownload it of photobucket if you really want to and post it as an attachment but im sure we would be fine with a link.

I use an excel spreadsheet. I have it set up so a lot of the calculations are automatic. Anyone is welcome to use it or modify as they see fit.
