Looking for company for a dive and surf trip to Mexico or Hawaii

Hi Guys,
I will be taking a last minute vacation in 2 weeks. I could go for 4 or 5 days any time between Aug 7 and Aug 13.
I was thinking cabo in mexico, or oahu or maui in hawaii. I have been to all these places, and would also consider a new spot.
I would like to dive and surf.
My GF can't go because of work.
