My husband is looking to get into a zeagle Wicked. How are the reviews out there for them. He is getting out of a Zeagle concept, that he was never 100% fond of. We do a wide variety of diving but nothing too deep. Warm and cold. Travel lots ect...
What are the pros and cons you owners out there have found.
The Wicked BC is just a Ranger with a different material and special "look". The Ranger has an excellent reputation so you won't go wrong there, and it's great in warm or cold water. It'll be bigger than his Concept, taking up more room in your dive bag.
In an attempt to match the gear to the size of the diver using it, it's worth noting that the Ranger/Wicked has a 3 pannel back plate, making the bladder stretch about 2 inches wider from lower corner to corner.
This provides a little more stability while on your back inflated and resting on the surface.
If you are a smaller framed diver the Stiletto has a 2 pannel back plate and will be a little more sleek to push through the water.
Wide and thick divers may as well take advantage of owning the Ranger. Either model can have propper length shoulder straps installed.
