I'm currently a compact camera guy, with plans to upgrade to DSLR when my skill improve.
I currently have a Ikelite housing for a Canon A640 with the Ikelite AF35 strobe.

I would like to get a second strobe as shooting in the Pacific North West it's kinda needed. I could get a second AF35 but that will not be upgrade-able in the future.
Anyone have any suggestions for a strobe that could be upgrade-able and that can fire with or as a slave?

Thanks
J

I would recommend either a YS01 or the Inon equivalent S2000. Both are quite small and work well via fiber optic. Jack McConnick is in your neck of the woods, why don't you talk to him about this. He likes (and sells) the S&S strobes and they will be fine for upgrades.

hi I would agree with Bill but another avenue you might want to consider is a master flash maybe an Inon Z240? The AF35 could then be a slave.
