does anyone know where i could buy one of these??

i remember when I was doing my OW dives in south florida - the other group on the boat had a scuba gnome that they were taking pictures of on the reef around June of '11. Though about that recently and wondering who it could have been

wasn't moonie that i remember - this gnome was dressed and actually had full scuba gear (minus a bcd) - i remember one of the guys gave me a business card for photography that he did. now i'm on a mission to find the missing card in the house.
