Looking for a new / second hand camera

Hi,

Travelling up through central America (in Panama currently) and looking to purchase a camera before or in the Bay Islands, Honduras. Can anybody let me know if they have a second hand camera for sale (camera, housing, also interested in a strobe) or alternatively, of good countries / stores to buy a new camera in as I travel on the way up

If you are in Panama, that's where I would look.

If there is anywhere that is market & price aware, it will be where you find the largest concentration of Americans. They can and often do shop in the States as well as by internet (UPS is available), and this makes prices a wee bit more reasonable.

As far as "used" gear, that's always by happenstance- you really don't seem to have time or access to eBay- the leading retailer of used u/w camera gear.
