No problemo! You'll want to contact Ben at Mayan Aqua Dive offers Cancun Diving, Snorkeling, Cavern Diving, Cozumel Dives&PADI Courses. He's got a great operation, fast boat, small groups (6-8 max), let's you dive your computer. The staff is great and funny too! He provides pickup and delivery at your hotel.
I'd drop him a line about a package, because you'll probably make out better $$$ wise. Since you are a fairly new diver, you'll love the local reefs and 15 minute to splash trips. The marine life is great! You need to check out a whale shark trip as well. It's snorkeling but well worth it. I'd say hold off the Coz trip until the next go round. But Ben offers day trips as well, but they are a hump. Lot's of travel time.
You will not be disappointed!

I'm talking to him this week. Large tanks, computers, Nitrox and no CATTLE BOATS. Usually no more than 7 in boat. Dive time usually 1hour and 15 minutes.
