Astak Acton pro 7200, $112 on amazon or eBay.
I had read that the 7200 housing has only two buttons and that I would be unable to turn the camera on/off underwater. I am not sure about that but I have just found that there is a 7500 model and it has three buttons. I had forgotten about Astak so thank you very much for pointing at it!
