Looking for a busy IDC center where to make experience as IDC staff

Hello,

for the next season, I'm looking an IDC center PADI where to spend a couple of months and make experience as IDC staff. Ideally would be a very busy IDC center that can offer many instructor development courses during this period, and that can accept eventually free-lance instructors for the remaining days.

I'm thinking about Thailand because of the high season it's different than here in Indonesia.
Any suggestions?

Try Koh Tao, the biggest turnover in Thailand and SE Asia for IDC candidates. the bigger centers will be able to accommodate you and will have monthly IDC's on.
