I am looking for a BC for my Step Dad for his b-day and for my little brother!.... And i know what they want in it. so my question is do you know of any good BC's that are adjustable so my little bro can grow up and still use it.. It also has to have a lot of compartments for "Goodies" =D and one that is good for transportation..

The Closet dive shop to me is Dixie Divers and ForceE i live in Broward County, FL <- If that helps!!!!

Thanks Everyone!! :D

I am going to end up getting the Seaquest Lattitude XLT.....

Before you buy, most BCDs are not adjustable enough to "grow" with anyone. The best way to do that is to buy a harness and wing. You'll never have to change the wing but you can buy a new harness as your brother grows out of the smaller one. And the harness is a lot less than a complete BCD.

Like it but.... I have a BPW and the Air Bladder always Gets holes in them so i am "Scared" and i don't ever want to buy one with a Air Bladder on the outside i would like to get one on the inside.

The air bladder IS inside. It's inside the protective nylon sheath the same way a BC's air bladder is constructed. If you keep poking holes in your wings then you need to figure out what you've been doing wrong. Switching over to a jacket BC is not going to solve the hole poking problem. If you can poke a hole in the wing, you can poke a hole in the jacket BC.

Excellent choice. I don't have one but a good friend does and absolutely loves it. Said it's the best BC they have ever owned. You'll like it much better than your BP/W rig.

your little bro will probably outgrow a smaller youth sized BC at some point if he hasn't worn it out by then. they don't last forever either and new features and styles come out every year.

The only BC that will grow with a kid is a harness style system.
You have 2 style choices.
BP & Wing - Exp: Halcyon Eclipse System - Replace webbing at later time.

Soft Pack - Exp: Dive Rite Transpac - Can upgrade shoulder straps at a later time.
Dive Rite Trans Pac Package ST3000P *Buy Dive Rite at DIVESEEKERS.com 888-SCUBA-47

The concerning issue is that you are getting holes in your wing. I don't know what you are doing but if this is the case you should definately go with a harness system because most of them have inner bladders that you can replace for the fraction of a price for a new BC. You won't have this luxery with a typical BC (Exp: ScubaPro KnightHawk).
