I use 2 Xsscuba weight pouches on my top cam strap. The problem is that most of them have the velcro size adjustment that tends to interfere with one of the pouches. I had a pair of old Apex straps that had a removable piece at each end that made it perfect. Unfortunately, this is no longer available and I need to replace one. Any suggestions?

Found a replacement for the broken part at divegearexpress. Searching under griplock tank band found the same product from Aqualung.

Remove the velcro. Add a short length of mountain bike inner tube to tuck your excess strap.
Or remove the Velcro and then re-adhere it using E6000 after shortening the strap. Like the OP, I am using two XS weight pockets on my upper cam strap and found either method works. For tropical diving I typically have two pounds in each cam band pocket and two pounds each in my QR pockets on my waist using a 3mm shorty suit. If I go rash guard and swimsuit then one pound weights are nice but not always available.

What's with the weight pockets on cam bands you've already got a tank there
