Just wanted to say THANKS to Scuba.com for their help in redeeming a certificate that I won during the 2013 Invasion. When I initially tried to pay for the items that I selected online, I received an error. I called scuba.com, spoke with Bob, who could not have been nicer or more diligent about helping me resolve the issue (certificate had not been activated in their system). The person that needed to activate the certificate was out on sick leave for a few days, eventually Eric got a replacement certificate issued and then helped me process the order that I had placed. Great service, can't wait to get my loot!!!
