In case anyone wonders, just chatted with Jim and he confirmed this Kidde is new from the factory and includes an oil pump with pressure gauge so it is good for continuous use filling banks 6+ hours running at a time. Manual drains will have to be dumped about every 45 minutes Depending on humidity levels. It is very compact for a 4cfm at 16" x 24".
I was just looking for some parts or would have bought it in a heartbeat. Somebody is going to be kicking themselves later for not buying this one at $2500. Crazy deal. This is a guy you can trust. He said he built his first compressor in 1953.
