Awesome! If the chamfer/filet doesn't set it too high out of the hole it should be fine. Let's be honest here, there is next to no load on these things and zero load once the tank strap is tightened.Yep -- just held by the pieces around it seems to be okay.
No slight to your STL implied -- I didn't pull your STL; quicker for me to start from scratch.
Re. the fillet, it would contact the grommet, which is somewhat curved; I suspect the compromise is worth it.

I was also surprised how well the TPU held up -- I expected it to tear at the stem/disk interface, but it didn't.
Made a quick mold, not sure if they need vent holes or not? First mold I've made so be gentle
