I was wondering if anybody have any recommendations regarding the lavacore shirts.
I am diving in tropical waters (when I get the chance to go at all) in a 5 mm suit and I still get cold, especially on my top of my arms.
I have been looking at getting a lavacore hood and a lavacore shirt, but am in some doubt if I should go for the short or long sleeved one to have under my wetsuit, any recommendations?
Also would anyone happen to know if lavacore can be bought in a LDS in Denmark so I can try it on or do I have to buy online?
