Just a reminder to all of the Hyperbaric Medicine, Dive Safety
Seminar this Saturday at Nassau University Medical Center, East
Meadow
LIDA will be sponsoring a FREE major seminar at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow on February 12, 2005. It will include tours of the multi-place hyperbaric chamber at the hospital and presentations on hyperbaric medicine, dive safety and accident management.
The truly elite group of speakers are luminaries Dr. William Hamilton, Glen Butler, and Andrea Zaferes. It will be a presentation not to be missed.
Chamber tours begin at 12:00 noon, presentations are from 1:00 PM to
5:00 PM (breaks and coffee/cake in between). Chamber tours again
begin at 5:00 PM for those interested. If you want to attend
(EXCELLENT PROGRAM), pre-regisration is STRONGLEY encouraged (over
110 have already pre-registered, 140 available seats). This will
hold your seat to just before the presentations begin. To pre-

Driving Directions
NUMC is the old Nassau County Medical Center. Take the Meadowbrook
Parkway to Hempstead Turnpike East or the Wantagh Parkway to
Hempstead Turnpike West. NUMC is on north side of Hempstead
Turnpike, about halfway between Meadowbrook and Wantagh Parkways.
