Locking v.s. non-locking belt slides

I ordered everything for setting up my hog harness yesterday but the manufacture was otta locking belt slides so is it okay to use non locking belt slides when setting up bp/w harness. I dont want stuff moving around and readjusting itself on me so thats why I wanted the locking ones in the first place. Thanks

Are you talking about serrated vs non-serrated triglides? I prefer the non-serrated kind since they are easier to work. I haven't had any problems with my harness slipping.
