Hi all together,

I hope somebody can help me, my computer is locked for 48 hours. I can’t find the reason.
My backup computer Mares isn’t locked.

I have some charts about the dive and computer photos of the the dive

Hi @Skulldiverstuttgart

It looks like you did a bounce dive to 50 meters on air at conservative GFs of 75/75 and that you cleared your deco well before surfacing. I see no easy explanation for why you are locked out. Was your Mares computer also in deco and was cleared?

I briefly looked through the manual. It appears that the lock out is for 12 hours if the deco control is on and there is a violation.

I'd like to hear the explanation if you come up with one. I would communicate with Ratio to see if they can assist you.

This is a shot in the dark given the cleared deco as @scubadada said, any chance you changed it to gauge mode and back?

I just sent the files to Ratio, they are in holidays until 7.1.2025. So I tried to ask the community. I hope Ratio will answer, because I heared nothing good about the support.
You can see the third picture, when it is locked. When unlocked, there would be written „Ready to dive“. I added a picture off the different screens. But now I can see the time until my body is desaturated.

There is also a tissue saturation reset function (at least on the iColor deep)
When I got it used (for my partner) we tried to reset the computer (like wipe it clean) and did the tissue reset instead, so we got a lockout countdown (I think 24h)

Again very similar to gauge mode..

I hope you get better answers from Ratio
