Hi,

Planning to try this drift dive this weekend.
I am not to sure about entry and exit points.

I have done the Conestoga a few times and
from what I can figure from what I've read the exit
" just upstream of the Conestoga"
would be where we usually start our dives to that wreck ?

Is there another easy exit point that allows to drift
past this wreck or is that a bit of a stretch ?

As for the entry point, since I've never been in that area
(Galop canal road) maybe
"east of the wreck (Wee Hawk) at the closed lock gate"
will be evident once I get there ?

Any tips on this dive would be appreciated.

Thanks

Has anyone been diving in this area recently, and can you provide me with a recent bottom temperature? I want to figure out if I should dive with a wetsuit or a drysuit.

Thanks.

This website shows the water temperature in that general area of the St. Lawrence:

http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=supn6

Today it says about 63F
