I believe Atlantic Edge in Gaithersburg does, but I am not real familiar with the MD area..

Columbia Scuba is the only shop in town and they don't do SP. You'll have to try Scuba Hut in Glen Burnie or Annapolis Scuba. I think Atlantic Edge does but I'm not sure.
