I had not been in years but had a lovely lunch at Giby's. He is still located in Kaya Hulanda 39. I recommend take out only as the dining area is rather congested. The fresh rainbow runner today was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their goat stew. It's the perfect post dive lunch spot.

Ohhh I did not know my buddy Gibi was still cooking for the public. Is that his home or does he have another place? Last time I ate at Gibi's it was at his home. I really need to look him up on my next trip which is soon.
Thanks Ann

I just checked some of my old notes so I now know where he is at, same place I ate at years ago. Do you have any more info like hours and days of operation??

He is still cooking from his home at the address Kaya Hulanda 39. I don't know his hours but suspect M-F lunchtime. The take out busy was very good for our friend Giby. Give him a call when you arrive at 567-0655.
