11/27 - Cape Neddick Harbour, ME - 60 min practice dive in shallows

How were the temps/vis?

I guess I was trying to get a feel for what people are diving around my area(MA/NH/ME)

If you are willing, drop a quick one-liner here after dives...it would be a great way for me to get a better pulse on what our diving community is doing out there. Good for all I think

Absolutely. Will do. Given where I live, I usually end up 1/2 time doing Cape Ann or NH/ME. Same distance for me for me either way. This time of year, the vis in open ocean sucks unless there have been at least a few days of calm seas, no storms. I have had some awesome vis this time of year at times at sites like Cathedral Rocks in Cape Ann. Definately lower levels of algea, plankton stuff (I know I'm showing my ignorance.. I'm sure marine biologist will know what I mean)

I usually end up diving the piscataqua river as can pretty much dive it when seas are pounding in ocean and don't want to dive a pond or lake. I dive during slack which varies depending what part of river diving in. My favorite site is Pierce Island which is a cool wall dive. Another site is near Ft. Constitution. I stick to the shore and never venture into channel. Will PM you next time can get out if want to join me. It's usually last minute for me as have young kids with lots of activities.

I've posted in my gallery some of stuff found in Piscataqua. Also, cool shot taken as entering water under memorial bridge.
