Thanks tvictory for the info on Oceanus. First I have heard of them. I am goiong to start a new thread on this. I couldn't find any trip reports or info in the board other than one asking for info on Oceanus with no replys.

I am Canadian so Cuba is totaly no promlem and Cancun is super easy to get to.

They used to conduct fish counts on board so that American passengers could claim to be on an academic mission to Cuba and, thus, not guilty of illegal trading with the enemy.
 
Just checking, but it might be helpful to notice that the original post by smv asking about a January dive, was from 2004. Hopefully she had a good time!
