We are planning a trip this winter and we were wondering where we should go to have great dives with lots of fish life and critters...

Our choices were Little Cayman, Saba or Dominica....heard that Belize has some great fish life too...I don't like ending up my week being all excited because we saw ONE eagle ray...I just want more!

Little help here please....if you have other suggestions go ahead!
