Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share my wife's trip report/review of our anniversary trip to Little Cayman Beach Resort back in June. She eats gluten free, so that's the main focus of her write-up. She posted it on her gluten-free blog here:

There are a few of my photos (dinosaur method--basic 35 mm camera in underwater housing), but Wal-mart did me no favors when they scanned them to CD. Still, hope you enjoy my wife's review.
