I've recently finished a Cuda 400 battery replacement project to a 830whr lithium-ion one.

No commercial intentions here, just thought I'd share some of the info in case someone else is doing a similar project (would have been nice before I started).

Hi Damien,

This is really interesting. Can I ask who you used as the Chinese supplier for the pack? I'm considering doing something similar for a Sierra, but the dimensions get a little trickier as it's obviously smaller.
