Just got the Liquivision X1 last week and I must say it is probably the most impressive dive computer I've used... Simple, easy to read, even has a smiley face for when you've reached your deco stop :) .

I need to put some more dives on it so I can further critique it.

Until then,

I'm certainly very fond of mine. Once you have spent some time with that wonderful display, going back to anything else is thoroughly frustrating.

Awesome computer, and made in my hometown of Burnaby so double bonus

I love the fact that I can plan my dive from my X1, I still plan it out the night before if we know exactly what we are diving i.e. Northern Light, Vandenberg etc etc

I love mine as well, and I cannot say enough positive things about Liquivision's customer service.
I had an older version that started having pressure sensor issues while I was in Florida doing my tech wreck and trimix training. They over-nighted me a new one even though I bought it used and it was out of warranty. Very impressive, especially when you consider some companies won't even warranty their equipment if it wasn't purchased at an authorized dealer. Emilie & Co. are top notch!

I too like the fact that you can plan the dive on the fly via the X1. Works great in case something changes after you are away from your computer. I upgraded to MultiDeco when the replacement arrived so I have the option of the Buhlmann GF.

I'll be purchasing a second one in the near future. Once you go OLED you won't have anything less. In zero viz I can put it up to my mask and read it. Try that with a back lit screen.

I thought I'd add a thanks to TSandM for your review on the X1. It was one of the original things I read that got me interested in the X1.
