Ask Stoo. He frequents Huracan Diving - Lighthouse Reef Atoll Belize Central America, which is out that way. He may be able to provide the info or if not then point you in the right direction.

The majority of dive sites are located off Half Moon Caye and Long Caye. There is also another dive site further north called the Blue Hole.
