I wouldn't dive in Fiji in anything but a full size, large lift capacity BC. The currents are tricky, and I have needed the lift from my BC in downdraft currents more than once. Also, weight integrated systems are a total bummer for the boat guys who have to haul you back into the boat, if you are diving off of Zodiacs or pangas or the other small types of boats frequently encountered in remote destinations.
