Light Monkey still operating?

Ordered a SPG from them on Sept 2nd, received an acknowledgment. Since then nothing. Call beginning of Oct, spoke to a receptionist, told me someone from sales would reach out to me. Nothing. Then I responded to the acknowledgment email, bounced back as undeliverable.

They still in business? The SPG isn't critical, but odd its taking this long and now follow-up? Normally they were always quick to respond.

you should probably file a claim with your CC company if you're having those kind of issues. I don't know anything about whether they're still operating or not but 6 weeks with no response and now undeliverable email is a bit concerning. Get your money back and go grab one from Deep6, Cave Adventurers, Dive Rite, DGX, etc. based on the faceplate that you want.
