Question Light Monkey handle screws working loose

No matter how tight I try to get them before the dive, the screws in my Light Monkey Goodman handle always work loose. I have to re-tighten them multiple times in the water. How are people keeping them in place? I've seen that some people use Loctite, but I'd prefer to keep them adjustable.

Try going to your local hardware store and picking up two teflon washers. Had same issue and that fixed the loosening on mine. Just remember to double check before each dive and hand tighten.
