Even with my short experience in Diving, I have found such strength that I now apply to just normal everyday living. I have found it just as important when to know when to say NO in everyday life. When it doesn't feel right, it isn't right. DiveOFF. When your safety is at risk, DiveOFF. When you really aren't up to it, DiveOFF. I should have taken up diving along time ago, because so many things would be different, not to say that I didn't learn from the experience, but I would have bypassed a lot of the stress.

So remember, if it isn't right DiveOFF.

Take care

As a medium for learning discipline, scuba is as good as any other. DiveON.

Something I found intriguing when I read Shadow Divers that I've tried to apply to my life recently during some hardships, "If you're still breathing, you're okay."
