I think what you are looking for is refered to as a 'french-cut' wetsuit. Here's google search that turned up several hits, mostly custom manufacturers that offer french-cut suits as an option.

You might try www.h2owear.com I seem to remember seeing something similar there.

Also, Divegoddess is a relatively small company.... they may be able to custom something for you.
